Lead Aware
Lead Aware is a coaching practice founded by a tech leader with nine years of experience guiding people through their careers. The site needed to explain a coaching philosophy that is intentionally non-directive, lay out three distinct program types, and make it easy for visitors to book a free intro call. We built the site in Next.js with Calendly wired in so anyone ready to talk can grab a 30 minute slot in a couple of clicks.

The challenge.
Coaching is a hard thing to sell on a website because the value is the conversation, not a product. Lead Aware's approach is also specific. The coach does not give advice or solve problems for clients, they ask questions and create a confidential space for people to find their own answers. The site had to make that philosophy clear up front so the right people self-select, separate three different program types without overwhelming anyone, and turn interest into a booked call without friction.
What we built.
We structured the homepage around the coaching relationship itself, spelling out what the coach commits to, what is expected of the client, and what coaching is not. From there the three programs each got their own focused page. Career Coaching, Leadership Coaching, and Other Engagements for group and corporate work. Every page carries a clear path to a Calendly intro call, and short self-assessment prompts help visitors decide which program fits before they reach out.
Coaching Philosophy
Setting expectations before the first call
The homepage walks through the coaching relationship in plain terms. It lays out the coaching style, what the coach commits to, what the client is expected to bring, and a frank list of what coaching is not. This sets honest expectations so the people who book are the ones who will actually benefit from a partnership built on self-discovery.

Group & Corporate Work
A page for engagements beyond one on one
Beyond individual coaching, Lead Aware runs group sessions, corporate presentations, and speaking engagements. This page gives that work its own home with a tailored 'Let's Work Together' list and a dedicated inquiry path, so organizations looking to book a session do not get lost in the individual coaching flow.

Program Pages
Career and leadership tracks with built in self-assessment
Each program page leads with an action oriented summary, then lists the concrete topics it covers, from promotion planning to career path changes. A 'What Are Your Goals' self-assessment block helps visitors check whether the program matches their situation before they schedule a call.
